Who We Are

Madison is a queer, intersectional feminist theatre maker, teacher, scholar, and activist living in Utrecht, the Netherlands. She holds a Master’s degree in Contemporary Theatre, Dance and Dramaturgy from Utrecht University and a BFA in Performance Creation from Concordia University in Montreal. Alongside her artistic practice concerned with utopian speculation, she teaches acting at Concordia University, is writing an intersectional work plan for Het Huis Utrecht, and is working with Studio Julian Hetzel on their next production.

Tery is a dramaturg and artistic researcher currently based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. She holds a Master’s degree in Contemporary Theatre, Dance and Dramaturgy from Utrecht University and a BA in Dramaturgy and Performing Arts from Academy for Theatre, Radio, Film, and Television in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Alongside her artistic practice concerned with the power of narratives and the potential of cultivating spaces for non-dominant perspectives to practice  alternative relationships between humans and other-than-humans, she works as an editor and curator, and writes academic texts and experimental essays.
